If you require a visa to enter Korea, please check with your local Korean embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary documents. Please give yourself plenty of time to obtain the necessary paperwork in time for departure. On request, ISAAR & ICIC 2017 secretariat will send the letter of invitation to registrants whose payments have been verified. Such an invitation does not mean to provide any financial support nor is it a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract.
If you need to receive a Notarized Invitation Letter for visa or any other reasons, please request by email as well as a copy of your passport to the secretariat. In case that you don’t send the copy of your passport, the secretariat will prepare the notarized invitation letter based on your sign-up information and will not be responsible for any error caused by the information.
Upon your request, the notarized letter will be sent to you by airmail within a month after confirmation of your full payment. Additionally, USD 50 will be charged for the notary and international mailing service, and you will be required to make the payment by wire transfer.
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. All payment must be in US dollar by bank transfer or credit card. Payment can be made by the following methods;

If you are unable to attend the symposium after registration, you must notify the ISAAR & ICIC 2017 Secretariat in writing of your request for a refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of this written notice, less handling fee and bank service charge. Refunds will be processed after the symposium.
